For patients who forgot health insurance card or whose card is expired or invalid
If you submit a valid health insurance card, you will only be charged 30% of the medical fee (the percentage varies depending on your insurance policy).
However, if you can’t submit the card, you will be charged full co-payment amount, 100%.
If you forget your insurance card or if it is expired or invalid, please submit the valid card within this month and we will refund the difference between the full co-payment amount and the amount covered by insurance.
In that case, please bring the receipt and custody certificate given at the time of checkout today as well.
Photocopies or photographs are not valid. Please be sure to bring the original.
